What Cortex is
Cortex is an AI second brain — you ingest content (videos, articles, PDFs, audio) and chat with it. Sign-in is via WorkOS; your content + analyses are scoped to your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cortex to ingest content you don't have the right to process, to harass others, to generate CSAM, or to attempt to bypass third-party API rate limits via Cortex's BYOK-routing. Composio integrations follow each underlying service's acceptable-use policy.
Cost
Free tier: $2 of managed quota on a Cortex-owned key. BYOK tier: free. Paid Pro Team plan: $18/seat/month, 3-seat minimum (when CRTX-117 ships).
Liability
Cortex is provided as-is. We're not liable for actions taken by the agent on third-party services you've authorised — every Composio action requires an explicit per-resource scope grant in /settings/integrations → Manage Scopes (CRTX-187). If you grant Slack-post-message to #general, the agent posts to #general; revoke the scope to revoke the agent's authority.
Termination
Cancel anytime by deleting your account (/settings → Sessions → Delete my account). All data is purged from the tenant-scoped tables; activity-log tombstones remain for security audit purposes.
